Lou wrote this song way back in 1993 in response to a letter from his friend Dan that included a 6-line poem titled "Count Sheep." After hearing a much earlier version of the song, Dan upped the ante with an epic sheep poem. In this incarnation of the song, Aura reads part of Dan's opus at the end. It was Lex's idea to turn it into a samba. We recorded this at our first session with Mike Harvey, but for some reason, it didn't make it onto the CD.
